Ready for a good Hiit workout for fat loss. Maybe you just want to get fit. This exercise routine is geared towards getting you conditioned. This fast-paced action packed HIIT workout routine is good to do at home. You will burn fat fast with the following exercises:

Sprints
Jumping Jacks
Lateral Jumps
Jump Squats

Remember: Keep a bottle of water near you and stay hydrated. Do not strain yourself if you can’t keep up. Go at your own pace. It’ll be great if you could keep up!
